Why are your prices so low?
We are a distributor in South Florida that only deals in name brand over-the-counter drugstore products. With our purchasing power we are able to offer great prices on the products we stock. If we cannot get a product for the right price we will not stock it. This is why our inventory is constantly changing. Many of the products on our web site may have slight cosmetic flaws to the outer packaging of the boxes (i.e. a nick, a scratch, and or a small dent in the outer packaging). These flaws are in the packaging only and have no effect on the product within. From time to time, we will offer products with short expiration dates at extremely low prices. In these cases the products will be clearly marked with a expiration date in the products title. Based on these conditions, we are able to purchase items at deeper discounts and subsequently offer these savings to our on-line customers.

Where do you buy your merchandise?
We purchase our products from a variety of secondary wholesale distributors. These suppliers consist of liquidation and closeout specialists, large retail wholesale stores, reclamation centers and other alternate sources suppliers.

How do I know that your products are legitimate and authentic?
Management of our company has over 25 years of experience in wholesale distribution of over the counter products and health & beauty aids. Our staff is trained to inspect each and every single unit that comes through our facility. We check lot numbers, UPC codes, expiration dates and outer packaging seals. We guarantee the integrity of our goods. We will only purchase products that are acquired legally and legitimately. Furthermore, we have a policy of 100 % customer satisfaction. If our customers are dissatisfied for any reason, we will either exchange their order or offer a full refund.

What if I am a retailer that is interested in buying larger quantities and on a consistent basis?
Our primary business is in serving retail establishments like yourself with perfect quality products at well below WAC. We are service oriented and fiercely completive on our prices. What do you mean by Free Shipping?
There are never any handling charges with PaylessOTC.com and no shipping charges on orders over $49.95 within the United States or its territories.* Free shipping is available on our ground shipment method only, and does not apply to packages weighing over 10 lbs. Ground shipments are sent by USPS First Class or Priority Mail. We have found very little difference in delivery time between First Class and Priority Mail. Generally, orders placed Monday through Friday will arrive in 4-5 business days (within the Continental USA). We ship packages under 13oz by USPS First Class Mail. Packages up to 3 pounds are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Larger packages may be shipped via Federal Express. Allow a little more time for weekends and holidays.

* Packages weighing over 10 lbs are not eligible for free shipping.

What are your shipping costs if my order does not qualify for free shipping?
Currently, we are only shipping to US Domestic addresses.

Shipping costs are based on the shipping method you choose and the weight of the shipment:
Ground Shipping (delivery in 5-6 business days):

I have not received my order or my order was not correct, what can I do?
First, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and we would like to fix whatever problem has occurred as soon as possible. Do you offer order tracking?
We offer order delivery tracking on all 1 or 2-day delivery orders. For all other orders we offer delivery confirmation to insure that you have received your order in a timely fashion. If you would like us to add tracking to your order or have special delivery considerations, please let us know in the comments section of the order form or email us at CustomerService@PaylessOTC.com. Please include your name and order number in all correspondence.

What is your returns policy?
Your satisfaction with your order is important to us. We offer a 30-day return policy including a 15% restocking fee to cover shipping and processing costs. We cannot accept any product which has been opened, has a broken seal or shows signs of tampering. If you try a product and are unsatisfied with the products performance in some way, please contact the manufacturer to arrange for compensation. Arranging a return with PaylessOTC is easy. Simply email or call us to request a return authorization, ship the product to our warehouse with the RMA clearly written on the outside of the package and we will credit your account or send you the product you have requested.
